As part of its commitment to strengthening the mental health workforce, Bazrah Organization for Peace and Psychological Well-being organized the Monthly Forum for Psychologists in Taiz as a recurring professional platform that brings together practicing psychologists to strengthen professional networking, facilitate knowledge exchange, and address the challenges facing mental health practice within humanitarian and community settings. The forum was established in response to the need for a regular professional platform where mental health practitioners can share knowledge, exchange practical experiences, and learn from diverse field-based practices. It aims to enhance the quality of professional practice while fostering a collaborative network that promotes continuous learning and mutual support amid the growing challenges faced by mental health service providers. As part of its commitment to strengthening institutional readiness and enhancing the capacity of its team, Bazrah Organization for Peace and Psychological Well-being implemented an Institutional Capacity Building and Team Development initiative aimed at reinforcing sound institutional governance, strengthening strategic planning, and developing staff competencies to improve organizational performance and ensure the sustainability of the organization's impact. The initiative focused on strengthening institutional capacity through the development of a participatory strategic plan informed by organizational assessment tools. This process contributed to aligning the organization's long-term vision, defining its strategic priorities, and enhancing its ability to plan and manage programs more effectively and efficiently. The initiative also strengthened staff competencies in governance, organizational management, and institutional documentation, contributing to improved internal processes and overall organizational performance. Recognizing the growing importance of digital transformation in humanitarian work, the initiative included specialized training on the application of artificial intelligence tools in organizational management and documentation. The training aimed to equip staff with practical skills to leverage emerging technologies for enhancing organizational performance, improving knowledge management, and increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations. The program focused on increasing children's awareness of self-protection concepts through age-appropriate and child-centered approaches.
